Our Suppliers

FBA is synonymous with value for money, reliability and quality products. We will always offer our customers products that are fit for purpose. To achieve this we demand our factories MUST comply with our code of practice:

• All products have to comply with Australian Standards and Regulations.
• All products need to be safe to use and fit for purpose.
• All products must comply with product labelling, barcode format and marking standards.

In selecting our factories we evaluate not only their product, but the ethical standards they represent.

Our factories must:

• Preserve the confidentiality of information obtained in the course of their relationship with FBA and its business partners;
• Understand the importance of providing complete information to FBA;
• Be consistent, predictable, trustworthy and cooperative;
• Alert FBA to circumstances potentially affecting performance, cost, and availability or scheduling;
• Fully comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations in each jurisdiction in which they do business, including foreign countries.
